TrimSpa Completely Ephedra Free™ TrimSpa®.

What is Trimspa X32:

TrimSpa X32® is a herbal weight loss pill manufactured and distributed by the new jersey based TrimSpa® Corporation which is a trade name of Goen Technologies.
Trimspa is promoted to contain a "carbohydrate blocker," a "thermogenic herbal," and a "fat-blocker" active ingredient.

A bit history about Trimspa X32:

The previous formula TrimSpa did contain the harmful and FDA-banned Ephedra. Consequently, TrimSpa® X32 pill is the new formula which contains no Ephedra. It has been promoted as being based, among numerous other ingredients , on Hoodia Gordonii active agent.

Trimspa X32 Ingredients:

Chromium
Vanadium
Glucomannan
Sodium carobxymethylcellulose
Citrus naringinine
Glucosarnine HCl
Cocoa extract
Green Tea Extract
Hoodia gordonii

How does TrimSpa X32 work:

In addition to suppressing appetite. TrimSpa® X32 is supposed to act thermogenically. That is, making a body generate heat through fat burning, thus less fat accumulation.
Although there have been no proven research studies on these pills (Trimspa X32) regarding weight loss or safety, it has been widely promoted as the true one. However, TrimSpa® X32 belongs to herbal supplements which are not subject to the same strict FDA regulation as drugs.

Trimspa X32 Side Effects:

Trimspa X32 may cause:

shocked how far diet pill industry faulty claims can go:

Goen Technologies Corp (TrimSpa marketer) pays $1.5 million to settle FTC (Federal Trade Commission ) allegations that their weight-loss claims were unsubstantiated. According to the FTC’s complaint, the marketers had inadequate scientific evidence to support their advertising claims that TrimSpa causes rapid and substantial weight loss and that one of its ingredients, Hoodia gordonii, enables users to lose substantial amounts of weight by suppressing appetite.

The FTC consent agreement requires TrimSpa’s marketers – Goen Technologies Corp., Nutramerica Corp., TrimSpa, Inc., and Alexander Szynalski, also known as Alexander Goen – to pay $1.5 million. The agreement also prohibits the marketers from making any claims about the health benefits, performance, efficacy, safety, or side effects of TrimSpa, Hoodia gordonii, or any dietary supplement, food, drug, or health-related service or program, unless the claims are true, not misleading, and substantiated by competent and reliable scientific evidence.

I think that since you can obtain Trimspa x32 without a prescription and there is not a recommended dose or length of consumption, it is possible that, like ephedra, some trimspa ingredients could be harmful. We need more regulations about trimspa x32 and other dietary supplements.

i take Hot Hoodia Plus, i lost a lot of weight and i love the energy.

I heard It does really work, but they do have certain side effects it depends on your body I guess, one of my friends sister was taking it and she started having mood swings and stuff one minute she would be happy the next mad. Best way to lose weight is do a juice fasting diet. All you do is drink natural juices for a whole seven days and that will help at least to lose 10 pounds.

Did anyone else find that Trimspa gets rid of migraine headaches?
I have suffered from migraine's for years. I started taking Trimspa to curb my appetite, and it actually miraculously has gotten rid of my daily migraine's for 16 months now. It also helps my chronic fatigue. Has anyone else had this same response? It says not to take if you have migraine's, but I wonder if anyone else knows this?

Anonymous said...

Migraine: Normally, periodic attacks of head aches on one or two sides of the head. It may be accompanied by vomiting, increased sensitivity of the eyes to light (photo phobia), increased sensitivity to sound (phono phobia), blurred vision, dizziness, cognitive disturbances, and other symptoms. Some migrines may not include head-ache, and migrines may or may not be preceded by an aura.

How do diet pills such as trimspa/nv compare to adderall/ritalin?

Anonymous said...

Appetite reduction is a side effect of Adderall and Ritalin. You can't get prescribed these medications because you don't have ADHD. You can't really compare them.

Anonymous said...

well, over the counter diet pills are garbage, and adderall/ritalin can give small benefits with the added risk of addiction. diet and exercise, quick fixes just don't work well in the long run. there are few if any people who have gone from being overweight to thin just by taking a pill

Anonymous said...

I am prescribed to Adderall and yes it can decrease your appetite, but that is not what it is made to do. Adderall is for people with ADD/ADHD, not people looking for an easy way to lose weight. I can honestly say that it would not be worth taking a drug that is meant to treat something else to help you lose weight. Adderall has so many other wanted/unwanted effects, not to mention how easily you could become addicted to it, that it just really is not a good idea. Although I don't know much about Trimspa it seems more like a scam to me, than anything else. Try exercising and eating healthier and I do know it's easier said than done but try to commit to it and I'm sure you'll be happy with the results. Also talk to your doctor about making a diet/exercise plan that is right for you.

Is it safe for people too take trimspa when not 18? I was just wondering cuz im 27 so its fine for me but my friend is 16 is it safe for her too take it???!!!???!!!

Thank You

To be honest, Trimspa isn't good at any age. Diet pills like that only work when you're on them. The moment that you get off of them you gain the weight back. And you definitely don't want to continuously use them because scientist don't have a definite idea of what the long term complications may be. If you mess up your metabolism, you take the chance of ruining any organ in your body.

Has anyone ever used Trimspa? How did it work for you, did it effect your sleep?

Trimspa-what foods do i eat while on this product and what can make me lose weight fast? I have no idea on exactly what i need to eat and do while using this product. im a first time user and i need advise. What are the best foods to eat. I want to lose weight fast. Please help me out! Thank u for ur time =)

Anonymous said...

TrimSpa will only help lighten your wallet. There are no foods you can eat to make you "lose weight fast." Weight loss is not an overnight phenomenon that can be had by taking pills - it is a gradual lifestyle change that comes from eating well and getting lots of exercise. If you want to lose weight, burn more calories than you are consuming. There is NO other way to do it. Not pills, not certain foods, not fad diets, nothing. Just the cold hard truth that nobody likes to hear. Go work up a sweat.

I took Trimspa for about a week... and I'll be honest... I lost weight.. but I was in the bathroom at least 10 times a day... I think it makes all your supposed water weight come out to make you feel lighter. If you have a job to where you can run to the bathroom every half hour... then go for it! I'm a bank teller.. and sometimes it's kinda hard to get away from my station. Also, another thing... when I took the pills, which was usually in the morning before work... I felt as if something in my chest was burning right after I took them. I'm not sure if it was because they were going down my throat or not... but it was SO scary! And sometimes I felt like I was having chest pains! It's not a nice feeling... but people are different! All I can say is try it for a few days... if you like it... keep going.. if you don't... STOP! That's what I did. It was great I lost a few pounds but the feeling I had when I took them and the bathroom breaks was not worth it. I'll just stay chunky. My fiance loves me for who I am. Good luck hunny! :)

I tried Trim spa a while back and stopped taking it because it made me go to the bathroom WAY too much...I guess that's a way to lose weight but not that fun.

Has anyone used trimspa or hydroxycut and what were your results?

Anonymous said...

Hydroxycut didn't work for me. I took it exactly how the bottle told me to and I eat healthy and workout five days a week...hydroxycut didn't make any difference.

Anonymous said...

If diet products worked, no one in this country would be fat and surely your friends would be living proof of a product that works.

Anonymous said...

Don't buy into that crap. My suggestion is to workout both cario & muscular while changing your eating habits. By building lean muscle or just toning it your metabolism will increase and stay increased as long as you work out and change the workout routines. Also don't buy the low carb and all those other diets fads they are worthless. The second you stop eating something your body will crave it and when you have a little of the your body will hold on to it and turn into fat. Eat lean meats vegatables and certain starches such as whole grain, wheat and that sort. Lessen the portions of the meals you eat. For example: take a plate you would normally eat, remove 1/3 of the food and do not have seconds. While you are doing this eat more often through the day. 5-6 meals instead of 3. By lessening the intake in one meal you can eat the same amount just spread over a longer period of time. Fat is lost this way. Mon Wed Fri eat higher levels of protien less carbs. Tues thurs sat even the levels out a bit. Sun eat more carb and lower the protien intake this will keep your body guessing and your metobolic rate high at all times. Hope this stuff helps they are little body builder tricks to cut all the fat that is gained in the off season while getting more muscle

I am considering taking trimspa x32 what are the serious side effects you experienced?

Anonymous said...

see Trimspa x32 diet pill review above for side effects :)

Anonymous said...

I was addicted to Trimpsa, which caused me to loose 145 pounds in less than 9 months. The most that anyone has lost on Trimspa! I even talked to one of the main people from the company because they wanted to do a story on me, but once they found out about the side effects, they decided not to! I eventually found out that it was a stimulant and had a natural alternative ingredient to ephedra, which caused the addiction and horrible withdrawal symptoms. The withdrawal symptoms were inclusive of week long headaches and severe depression!!!!!!! During this recovery time, my doctors prescribed Wellbutrin for the withdrawal phase, which helped the physical and mental withdrawal symptoms that it caused. Thus, the addiction thankfully dimensioned.

Has anyone tried Trimspa Advanced x32 Rapid Release? If so did you like it? How much weight did you lose? And how long did it take? Please only people who have used it! Thanks!

Anonymous said...

I tried Trimspa Advanced x32 Rapid Release but it did nothing for me. It's sad and unfortunate that we all get hopeful about these diet pills. My advice would be to try alli. I haven't had a lot of luck with alli, but I think it's because my diet is so low fat that it wasn't doing much.

TrimSpa may help with some weight loss especially quick loss. This is most likely releated to the amount of caffeine in the medication. Caffeine will increase the body's urinary excretion and can cause quick weight loss, but no true fat loss. For long-term maintenance of weight loss, there are not any medications that have been proven to help. Diet and exercise consistently has been proven superior to supplements

Has anyone had any emotional side effects from TrimSpa? I have been taking TrimSpa for a few days and am an emotional wreck...anyone else experience this...also I take Lithium...is this a bad combo?

Anonymous said...

Since TrimSpa contains hoodia which is supposed to affect your brain, and lithium also affects your brain, I would think this would probably not be a good combo to test on yourself. If the lithium is causing you to gain weight, talk to your doc about getting on new meds. My husband is bi-polar and he's been through a ton of different medicines before finally finding one that didn't make him gain weight. Now he's doing great. Stay strong, and good luck!

Anonymous said...

I take trim spa and it doesn't do anything to me, just doesn't make me hungry...i'm an emotional wreck in the first place so I don't think it's Trim Spa!

Anonymous said...

i have been on trim spa for a few weeks and yes the emotional part stops after about a week check out their website and ask your doc about the lithium combo

Has anyone used trimspa or hydroxycut to lose their baby weight, what were your results?

Anonymous said...

I started using hydroxycut when I was done breastfeeding and I lost 25 lbs! It made me feel terrible though, rapid heart rate!!!! I had trouble sleeping all the time. But I lost weight.

Anonymous said...

Has anyone ever used trimspa pills and do they work?

Anonymous said...

I just started taking them again. Last year I lost about 12 lbs with them. However, I did this with dieting as well. I recently quit smoking and have gained about 20 lbs. So, I jog a mile or so 4 nights a week, eat 4 small meals a day and 1 or 2 small snacks like fruit, and take the Trim Spa as recommended (2 in the morning, 1 before meal 2, 1 before meal 3, and none after 4 in the afternoon to prevent sleep loss).

Just don't have any caffein or any other stimulants while on the meds to avoid health issues and everything should be fine.

Anonymous said...

Miracle pills do NOT exist. Eat healthy and diet. You will lose weight.

Can you really lose weight with trimspa? I need to lose 25 pounds. Did anyone use trimspa? I know someone whose mom used it and she said that her mom lost lots of weight? Does anyone have any success stories?
